My first and last entry!
I'm pretty pissed at deviantArt at the moment. This whole new Art Theft-policy is so stupid -for the lack of a better word. So I decided to delete all of my stuff before some deviantArt-idiot had the chance to do it.
It's useless to write a disclaimer, it's useless to write where you got that picture from, you have no right to use a picture that you didn't take with your own camera or draw with your own fucking pencils even if there is NO HARM done! Hundreds of Internet pages use official pictures that they don't own! They just write somethin like "this picture not mine-blabla, property of whatever-blabla" and that's it. And that's exactly what disclaimers are for: To tell everyone that you don't own the picture you used and that all rights are reserved to a certain company or artist.
I would love to gain the legal permission to officially use the pictures I've used in my works, but what do you think for example Square Enix Co. (Am I even allowed to use this name or to I have to get the official permission before I can use it?? ) would do when some unimportant little girl like me is begging them to take a look an my pictures and give me the legal permission to release them at deviantArt? NOTHING! Or they would send me an incomprehensible part of their policy or standard copyright notice that I didn't find anywhere when I was looking for it.

I'll end my nice little rant now. Don't even try to argue with me about what I wrote, you have no legal permission to do so (all rights reserved to MelinaCeles!!)... or I will send you a big dragon that eats your mommy!
